<br clear="all">The amount of theft over the internet is staggering with no one safe from it.  <br><br>Although it it is probably impossible to implement perfect security, a lot more could be done.  Why isn't congress and the administration acting with alacrity and resolve this problem?  I contacted Crapo several time years ago about the problem receiing eah time a form letter not relevant to my particular concerns.<br>
