</b>The Moscow Parks and Recreation Department will be applying Quali-Pro Imidacloprid 75 WSB insecticide as a soil drench to certain trees in the downtown area to control aphids and scale.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Applications will be made in the early morning during the period of April 3 through April 12, 2012. Trees to be treated will be marked with blue flagging tape and areas marked with signs. The product is mixed
with water for application directly to the soil around tree trunks. There is no risk or danger to humans or pets after the application is dry, but it is recommended to keep children and pets away from the treated areas until they are dry.<o:p></o:p></p>
