I didn't approve of the caucus system. But my point is that Republicans seek ways to <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-1><SPAN>exclude</SPAN></SPAN> people, not include people. I don't see Democrats or any other political party for that matter, making efforts to reduce the numbers of people participating in elections and caucuses as the Republicans are doing by having a closed primary system and moving to a closed caucus system. Democrats have had an increasing number of people attend and vote in the last 12 years. Republicans have worked in the other direction. There is nothing <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-2><SPAN>hypocritical</SPAN></SPAN> about it, that is just the way the Idaho
Republican Party operates, and their leaders will admit is as so. If they denied it, then it would be <SPAN style="RIGHT: auto" id=misspell-0><SPAN>hypocritical</SPAN></SPAN>, but they don't. </SPAN></div>
