Way back in the day, and no, I'm NOT telling you all how far back in the day. <br><br>*laugh* <br><br>Anyway, when we went to the Capricorn, we would park a couple of blocks off Main Street PRIOR to going into the club. <br>
<br>My kids got a few tickets, then they wised up, and walked... My son used to say there is no place in Moscow too far to walk to, or, home from. <br><br>Perhaps some signs saying "don't drink and drive" on the same post which state the parking hours is in order.<br>

restrictions in the downtown area on February 13, at 3 p.m. in City Hall

includes Washington, Jackson, and Main Streets from First to Eighth Street
in the downtown core. A request has been brought to the Council
to reduce the overnight parking restrictions to accommodate business access
primarily in the early morning hours of the current parking
