The person I spoke with suggested that I needed to contact my benefits person to be “educated” about what the benefit really is. I got a live person, who took my name & number and told me I’d get a call back within a few minutes. Wonderful!<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText><span style='color:#1F497D'>A few minutes became more than a couple of hours, and then the return call I received wasn’t from anyone with UI benefits but rather from Morneau Sobeco. Ummm . . . well, OK – since she had the details of my question (which were accurately relayed by the nice guy I spoke with at the UI – kudos!), I assumed the call was legit. She confirmed that my understanding was correct – that we do, in fact, have a $250 family deductible rather and $125/individual deductible – and she placed a conference call to Express Scripts.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText><span style='color:#1F497D'>The outcome? Nothing yet – the Morneau Sobeco rep is going to have the take a few days to research the issue. <sigh><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoPlainText><span style='color:#1F497D'>A few days may not seem like much, except it’s going to cost us because our daughter needs a prescription.
