NBC is reporting that Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has decided to step down from her position and not run for re-election in 2012.<br><br>Sad news, but undoubtedly this remarkable woman made the best decision she could given the circumstances of her life since Jan. 8 last year.
