If the mall were west of Pullman, the rest of Whitman County would have more convenient shopping opportunities.</span><u></u><u></u></p>

They'd probably also hope that what they are supporting financially is built with their best interests at heart, not Hawkins's bottom line.</span><u></u><u></u></p>
