They are brothers and don't want to be kicked out or cause legal issues for the House. There is a lot of internal politics too. They have their own ways of dealing with internal problems that are usually better than what the law can provide. 8:15 a.m. - Police responded twice to fights involving several fraternity members at Sigma Chi, Delta Chi and Gamma Phi Beta houses with a third response being handled by campus security. A report will be forwarded to the national charter for each fraternity and the case will also be handled by the University of Idaho. One fraternity member was transported to Gritman Medical Center for stitches.</div>
