I'm thinking that I might phone some friends in high places (no... I am not referring to my old buddy, God.) to see if we coiuld get a proposal on the floor of the U.N. to have U.N. monitors in place over the next several months in order to monitor our electsions. We need to make sure we have free and fair elections, but there is some question that this is going to happen. We get U.N. to go into failed states and emerging democracies to do this? Why not the U.S.ofA? We may not be a failed state yet, but things appear to be headed there. So, a little assistance might be in order.<br>
