He remained jailed early Monday on a felony charge of battery on an officer, along with misdemeanor counts of public nudity, public intoxication and resisting and obstructing.</p><p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; ">Police say officers first spotted Gardner at about 5 a.m. when he streaked past a squad car.
