</b>The City of Moscow, on behalf of the Greater Moscow Area Brownfields Coalition, invites you to attend an informational kick-off meeting for the Moscow Brownfields Assessment Grant program. Please join to learn more about brownfields, this project, and
the benefits available to individuals and businesses, as well as the community at-large.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Background: Thanks to a grant awarded by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the City of Moscow is able to help landowners with site assessments and cleanup planning activities on their property.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The kick-off meeting will introduce the overall goals of the program, the environmental site assessment process, and ways landowners can involve their property. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions
