think non-cash contributions could be understood as indirect contributions – at
least that is how I interpret it. I am not sure how this petition
would/could morph into a constitutional amendment either. Mostly, I am
just so gobsmacked still by the Supremes ruling that anything that could counter

how much a candidate can spend then to regulate cash donations? People and
