Shouldn't it be the other way around? Like why do we let people drink when everybody is on the streets, but shut down the bars when nobody is on the streets? Seems we would be better off only letting people drink only 12AM to 6AM. The Moscow Police Department would like to remind motorists to pay extra attention when driving in or near school zones.</SPAN></div>

The 15 mph school zone speed limit applies on posted roadways displaying “when children are present” traffic control signs as delineated in Idaho Code 49-658. Fines for school zone violations are $151.50.</SPAN></div>
