</b>The City of Moscow and Latah Sanitation, Inc. have connected their customer information data systems integrating all customer-service level information through Routeware, a management software and an on-board computing system.
<b><o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The new system installed on the sanitation trucks will be equipped with on-board computer monitors mounted in the collection vehicles. Collection staff will now have viewing access to constantly updated customer-service
level information at each stop along the route. The new Routeware system will allow collection staff to record any exceptions encountered in the field, such as extra and untagged garbage that is set out, blocked container access, and garbage cans not set out
on time. This information is sent to the office instantly, through cellular technology. Additional capabilities include Global Positioning System (GPS) address identification, digital photo service verification, and route optimization.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">This new system will provide verifiable billing information and ensure that all users of the solid waste collection service are being charged for the services they use in a fair and equitable manner.<o:p></o:p></p>
