SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT (FONSI)</strong> </div>
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBS)
is considering an application from Moscow Hotel Partners 1, LP for the Business
and Industry (B&I) Loan Guarantee Program. The specific elements of the
actions are:<BR>
<BR>
The project includes the construction of a 7<strong>3-room, 3 story
hotel</strong> and related site development. The proposed site is
<strong>located at 936 W. Pullman Rd., Moscow,</strong> Latah County, Idaho.
<BR>
<BR>
RBS has determined that the project will have no significant environmental
impact. Based on this determination, RBS will not prepare an Environmental
Impact Statement for this proposed action. <BR>
<BR>
Any written comments regarding these determinations should be provided within
fifteen (15) days of the publication to:<BR>
