Unfortunately, it is going to take much more than a downgrade of AAA to AA+ from S&P to make the American people respond to this economic crisis. I heard on NPR today that only 58% of the adult <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">US</st1:place></st1:country-region> population is employed. Scary! </div>
