Licensing of pilots. My application will be delayed even further now. If your privileges expire in the time frame that the FAA has no authority, you can no longer fly. Period. The airlines may be hit hard with expiring commercial pilot licenses. This is no small thing. Air traffic controllers will remain on the job.
