There can be a $79.00 fine for violating Idaho’s child car-seat code. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=yiv1108382589msonormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=yiv1108382589msonormal>The adult driver of a motor vehicle is required to wear a safety restraint and they are responsible for their juvenile passengers.
