<DIV>About getting people to sign. You’re right, it’s easy. I’ve had
them stop right in front of the house when I’m outside and yell for
petitions. I ‘ve finished 9 of them. One more partly filled.
My goal is 10, so I need about 15 more signers. If you want to sign, I
really would be willing to meet you someplace. I am doing just Latah
County, but if you are from another county, I’ll find out who is getting those
and get you in touch with someone. I’ve made some great new friends and
have only had two be rude about it..</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>So, if you want to sign, just get back to me. We do need to turn them
in asap.</DIV>

<DIV>While it may be fun to discuss things like Godwin's Rule, and other
irrelevant trivia, we need to get back to the real issues at hand facing
Idaho, Tom Luna and the Mega-loads.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>It is too bad we cannot put Tom Luna in front of the Mega-loads, that
way no matter which one won, we would be knocking out one of our two major
problems. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Joking aside though, I honestly think the city leaders should find a
way to block the loads from coming through northern Idaho and make a huge
stink about it to the national media as possible, as the local state
leaders will not respond. The vast majority of people in this country
would oppose disrupting natural parks and wildlife with with big oil
company owned rigs at taxpayer expense and with total disregard to the
locals. Federal administrators under Democratic leadership would have to
stop these loads if it came onto the national radar, even if just as a
blip. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>On the other issue;</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I think a major door to door campaign to recall Luna's loony laws
should take place, and it should be better marketed on the radio,
internet, and at local stores and businesses that support education. You
don't even need to convince people to sign, just tell the ones that agree
where to go, and that is plenty to get it on the ballot.</DIV>
