<p class="MsoNormal"><b>City of Moscow to host Technical Discussion Regarding Oversized Loads</b></p>

</a></b>The City of Moscow is working to document stakeholder concerns and assist in facilitating the ability to address concerns regarding the possible transport of oversized loads on Highway 95. To that end, City staff has arranged for ExxonMobil/Imperial
Oil Project Manager Ken Johnson and representatives from the Idaho Transportation Department to be available on Thursday, May 12th at 11 a.m. in City Hall Council Chambers to discuss the technical aspects of the proposed loads as they relate primarily to law
enforcement, emergency medical services and public works. Representatives from the Latah County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho State Police, Post Office, and Chamber of Commerce as well as from Gritman Medical Center have been invited to attend. This meeting is
open to the public, but is not intended to be open for public comment.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">This meeting is in addition to the more general public forum scheduled for Wednesday, May 11th at 7 p.m. at the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center in Moscow, where the general public may ask questions and provide
