encourage Moscow community members to join the referenda petition drive in
regard to the Luna laws. It's not a matter of whether you are for or
against the bills. A referendum allows Idaho citizens to have a voice in
determining what is best for our children's future. Governor Otter signed
Mr. Luna's bills without listening to Idaho citizens, and we would like to put
these bills to a vote. To that end, there will be a public meeting April
25 from 4 to 5 p.m. at the 1912 building to launch the petition drive. Petitions
will be distributed, and information on how to properly obtain signatures will
be provided at the meeting.</FONT></DIV>
