Thank you for your comments to the department.<br><br>Comments and questions were scheduled to be posted to a website for the public in September. The launch of the Web site was postponed while a contested case hearing was held on four shipments of ConocoPhillips' equipment. With the conclusion of that hearing process, the Web site is active.
