elected, we should serve all of these individuals to the best of our

access prior to the election is unconscionable.<SPAN

don’t agree with you are unimportant.</FONT></P>

a forum in which he had promised to participate.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>He gave a few hours notice, and his
statement made it clear that keeping this commitment was not his top
priority.</FONT></P>
