This sentiment is appreciated, but I should note that slander/libel does not generally occur unless a statement is made as a statement of fact. Since Mr. London said "<b><i>My guess</i></b> for the source of this dirty trick postcard is," it is more likely a statement of conjecture, and he is not likely liable for any sort of slander or libel. Additionally, Schroeder's status as a public figure would make it even harder for him to pursue this kind of action.<br>
