I spoke to Walter Steed, chairman of the Latah County Republicans, and he told me that neither the Bouma campaign nor the Republican Party were responsible. They are stunned and plan to file a complaint with the postal inspector. <o:p></o:p></p><p>I would like to loudly say the Latah Democrats and our candidates don’t campaign in this manner and we deplore whoever sent this out. I believe this mailing is an example of hate speech and is using religion to divide us.
