I've checked with the Bouma campaign, and they state they are

not responsible for the postcard that was sent to many Latah
County<br>
residents that portrayed Gresham Bouma and his wife on the front
coupled</blockquote>

the card. The photo may have been taken from their photogrpaher's wed
site, which, quite possibly, constitutes copyright infringement.
Whoever sent the</blockquote>
<blockquote type="cite" cite>card out used the Bouma headquarters
address in Troy illegally or at best<br>
without permission. It is my understanding that a
complaint will be<br>
lodged with the Idaho Secretary of State's office, and that the
federal<br>
postal authorities will be contacted to see if illegal activities
occurred.<br>
At this stage it is best to leave the investigation to the
authorities. We<br>
do not know who is responsible for this very objectional activity.
The<br>
Latah County Republican Central Committee does not condone these
underhanded<br>
and very tasteless political activities.<br>
