To celebrate Blanchard’s tenure a reception will be held at City Hall Council Chambers, 206 E Third Street, on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. The public is invited to join the event and wish Blanchard well in his future endeavors.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'>Blanchard’s time with the City includes a myriad of notable accomplishments achieved through the Parks and Recreation Department.
