I'd love to hear how endangering citizens by reducing regulation on all business is helpful. What specific regulations governing specific businesses would he like to reduce or eliminate? (He said reduce, but in order to "reduce" regulations, unless you mean "reduce the effectiveness of" those regulations, you have to eliminate some).
