Why? Because <b>if</b> the UI is concerned about the alcohol related deaths and injuries at the frat houses, those frat houses are on <b>private property</b>, so the AB guards won’t be able to stick a toe onto that private property without invitation, something that’s apparently common knowledge in the nation’s higher ed community of security & safety professionals.
