the first year) annual fees. And, don’t <B>even</B> get me started on
how those costs will hike up the cost . . . and how crazy it is for the UI to
pay $54K for a fulltime “Account Manager,” and how absolutely insane the hours
are for a college campus where security after dark and during party hours and
on weekends should be a priority. And, the spelling?! For a
UNIVERSITY contract?!?! Phuleze! And, I’ve yet to figure out why
the City of Moscow would be submitting Invoices for AB (BAHR – Section II Tab
12 Page 6)!<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

including, but not limited to, furnishing all materials, equipment,
management, superintendence, labor, and service, except as otherwise provided

service October 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 is not a full year and shall be
prorated to include three (3) quarterly payments of $90,933.50.<o:p></o:p></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 11.5pt">All efforts will be made to maintain the foregoing
schedule; however, changes may be made to provide flexibility and to address
particular needs of the parties. AlliedBarton will provide special event
coverage </SPAN>(“Additional Special Duty”) <SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11.5pt">at
a cost of $25.00 per hour. </SPAN>Any Additional Special Duty must be agreed
upon and approved by the parties in writing prior to any use. The approving
office for the university is Risk Management. Additional Special Duty will be

uniforms, eight (8) hours of on the job training, CPR, firstaid, and AED
certification. AlliedBarton to furnish cell phones. AlliedBarton will provide
four (4) hours annually of refresher training.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0.5in" class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0.5in" class=MsoNormal>The following six days are
considered holidays and are not included in the regular contracted hours: New
Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
and Labor Day. Hourly billing rates for holiday’s are: Shift Suprevisor
$25.71, Security Officer $23.73. Work shall be planned and scheduled prior to
the holiday and shall be agreed to by the parties in writing. The approving
office for the university is Risk Management.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0.5in" class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0.5in" class=MsoNormal>The University shall be direct
billed for single coverage medical benefits at a rate of $101.54 per month per
officer utilizing such coverage. Invoices for medical benefits shall be paid
by the University to Contractor within 30 days of receipt of the
invoice.<o:p></o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0.5in" class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P style="MARGIN-LEFT: 0.5in" class=MsoNormal>The University shall provide one
(1) vehicle for security use.<o:p></o:p></P>

agreement shall be from October 1, 2010 through June 30, 2014. The term of
this agreement may, if mutually agreed, be extended by two (2) three- (3-)

(6) additional years, provided AlliedBarton receives written notice of each
extension at least one-hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration date
of such term or extension. During extension periods, all terms and conditions
