<DIV><FONT size=2>I think it is important for someone at this meeting to speak
to the fact that China is the largest investor in the tar sands projects and now
has the controlling interest in those projects with the right to determine to
whom the oil is sold and for what price. It is not in the interest of our
country to support these projects in any way. I can provide some links if
anyone is interested.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 face="Times New Roman">H2oil tells the story of the
destructive Tar Sands strip-mining occurring on the Boreal Forest in Alberta,
Canada and the social, ecological, economic and political consequences because
of it. We hope the film will educate the public even further about the Tar
Sands, and give added sentiment to deny permits for trucking oil processing
rigs up Rt 12.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#000000 face="Times New Roman">No need to RSVP but would love
to see any and all of you there. There will be a short ten minute
introduction, the film should be about 80 minutes, and there will be a 15-30
minute Q&A session</FONT> afterwards. I am hoping someone will be willing
to stand on the stage with me during the Q & A session.</DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV>We will be handing out free information about the Highway 12 proposal and
collecting signatures on the petition to deny permits at the theatre.</DIV>
