at 02:42 hours officers responded to the Sigma Nu Fraternity located in the 700
block of <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Elm Street</st1:address></st1:Street>
in reference to a male who was unconscious. Upon arrival, officers located the
male on the third floor and immediately began CPR. Moscow Voluntary Ambulance
Service transported the male to <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Gritman</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Medical</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The male was identified as Benjamin
M. Harris, a white male who is 21 years of age. Harris’s hometown is
Burley, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Idaho</st1:State></st1:place>.
