<P style="LINE-HEIGHT: 18px; FONT-SIZE: 15px"><FONT size=2>I believe there is some debate over whether the mantra "Not Even Once" portrays an honest depiction of the majority of those who have tried this drug and is maybe just a scare propaganda tactic which has proven to fail in regards to past scare propaganda campaigns. When people try the drug and do not immediately experience effects similar to the ads posted on the billboards and TV they will dismiss the ads and figure they're fine to use once in a while, etc.<BR></FONT></P>
