factually based, as Tom has pointed out several instances. </DIV>

about some of the asinine things he said during the primary like some of the
stuff he considers to be important issues. Part of Bouma's primary
victory was due to votes against Schroeder and his water and septic stands
in the last two years. Schroeder last contact with his base and gave into
special interests. He looked like a cheap whore.</DIV>

<DIV>I suspect that Gresham Bouma is silent on the Locksa exchange because he is
all for it -- no more federal land acquisition and do everything to help
businesses, regardless, even the slimiest such as Blixseth's various
enterprises. Some one needs to call Bouma out in a public forum when
the LMT and DN are present. Many of those that supported him in the
primary are dead set against the Locksa exchange, even in his own close
neighborhood.</DIV>
