48 minutes in duration) I recorded this morning at the Sandpiper. This
meeting concerned the Upper Lochsa land exchange. In attendance were
several commissioners representing several Idaho counties, some locals, as well
as State Representatives of Idaho’s Sixth Congressional District
Tom Trail and Shirley Ringo. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Clearly absent were Gresham Bouma (candidate for state
senator) and Isaac Young (candidate for state representative). But then,
attendace would require that they come out from behind their Facebook blogs and
meet real people.<o:p></o:p></p>
