NONAERIAL COMMON FIREWORKS are allowed to be sold and <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>USED</span></b> beginning <st1:time Minute="0" Hour="0"
w:st="on">midnight</st1:time> on June 23<sup>rd </sup>until <st1:time Minute="0"
Hour="0" w:st="on">midnight</st1:time> on July 5<sup>th</sup>. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt'>Nonaerial common fireworks are defined as any fireworks such as ground
spinners, fountains, sparklers, smoke devices or snakes designed to remain on
or near the ground and not to travel outside a fifteen foot diameter circle or
emit sparks or other burning material which land outside a twenty foot diameter
circle or above a height of twenty feet.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>These types of familiar fireworks are known as “safe and
sane.” <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

fireworks are prohibited at any time and the use of these dangerous explosives

as firecrackers, bottle rockets, cherry bombs, roman candles or other explosive
devices that do not meet the definition of Nonaerial Common Fireworks. Illegal
