72% of households have mailed their 2010 Census forms back as of Friday, April
23. The nation has matched the rate achieved during the 2000
Census. As late mail returns are still being processed that rate may be
surpassed. As of April 23, 2010 at 2:15 p.m. <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place> has reached a 76% return rate for mail
in Census surveys, the County participation rate is 77% and the State
participation rate is 74%.<o:p></o:p></p>
