horrified, and disgusted by the brutal, cowardly murder of pregnant Sarah Parks
by her husband Silas Parks, and his subsequent cover-up arson.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>There has been a lot of controversy about the plea bargain
proposed and other elements in this case.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Not all the media have published the important details of this
case. Some of the media reports have not been accurate. Some
irresponsible persons have intentionally disbursed false information about Sarah
Parks including false information found in some off-list notes engendered
by some V 2020 posts.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>So that we can all comment/discuss/speculate on this matter on
the basis of the facts/writings in the court file, I have posted some of these
files and parts of others.</FONT></DIV>

above mentioned site.</P>
<P>This post is meant to be an encouragement to comment/discuss/speculate on
this case and to encourage all to attend the sentencing hearing on June 8, 2010
at 1:30pm.</P>
