to close April 17<sup>th</sup> at midnight, leaving only two days for the
public to mail back their census forms. For every form that is not mailed
back a census take must follow-up in person with every address that
doesn’t mail back the form in order to obtain the responses. The
cost for these visits is $60 per household, and if the nation achieves a 100%
return rate tax payers would save $1.5 billion dollars.<o:p></o:p></p>

12.0pt'>As of April 15, 2010 at 3 p.m. the participation rate for the Nation is
68%, the State of <st1:State w:st="on">Idaho</st1:State> is 71%, <st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Latah</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">County</st1:PlaceType>
is 72% and the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>
is 70%.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt'>An accurate census will reflect changes in our communities and is
crucial in apportioning seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and deciding
how more than $400 billion per year is allocated for projects like new
