I think you are failing to grasp that this went far beyond "monitoring computer usage", they were monitoring the students' behavior, off-campus, in their own homes.<BR>
No one, I repeat, no one, has that right without a court issued warrant. The school invaded the privacy and sanctity of at least one home and I hope that those who did this will face federal criminal charges. If found guily, I hope they receive lengthy prison sentences.<BR>
