I have seen <BR>the discharge pipes running into the lake fouling our waters, all for <BR>the summer pleasure of those wealthy enough to afford second houses. <BR>Senator Schroeder shows his bias for the privileged class with this <BR>action.<BR>Many groups around the world work to provide education in the third <BR>world about keeping sewage out of drinking water. This is an effort to <BR>stem cholera outbreaks and the spread of other diseases. Now here, in <BR>what can be described as some of the most
concentrated displays of <BR>wealth in the region, we cannot get people who have the funds to <BR>remodel, or put on additions to second homes, to upgrade their sewage <BR>systems.<BR>Remember while your sewage flows downstream and out of your concern, <BR>those upstream are doing the same.
