Why was her vagina drinking hot coffee? ; ) Was she drinking it to wash down a Big Mac and large fry? I know the vagina was an amazing organ, but this we didn't cover in Anatomy and Physiology.

The McDonalds in question had been repeatedly fined by the health
department over the temperature of its coffee. An internal safety memo
ordered that the coffeepots be turned down, but was later retracted
over concerns about the cost of brewing new coffee. The woman who
spilled had burns so severe that she spent eight days in the hospital..
She had to have skin grafts and reconstructive surgery on her vagina.
Furthermore, on appeal, the punitive damages were set aside and
McDonalds paid for her hospital bills and attorneys fees.

The case seems ridiculous on its face. However, what's ridiculous is
that McDonalds was serving coffee capable of melting off your junk,
not that the jury decided in favor of the plaintiff.

On Mon, Feb 1, 2010 at 11:16 AM, lfalen <lfalen@turbonet.com> wrote:
