9:55 a.m. Moscow Police responded to a traffic accident involving a Valley
Transit Bus and a private vehicle. A PT Cruiser driven by Crystal
Presnell ran the stop sign at the intersection of <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on"><st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">Maybelle St</st1:address></st1:Street>reet</st1:address></st1:Street>
and <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on"><st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Blaine</st1:City></st1:place>
St</st1:address></st1:Street>reet</st1:address></st1:Street> colliding with
the Valley Transit Bus. <span style='text-transform:uppercase'>A</span>
passenger on the bus was taken to <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Gritman</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Medical</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>
for evaluation and treatment. <o:p></o:p></p>

Department personnel used the Jaws of Life to remove Presnell from her car. She

for evaluation and treatment. Presnell was issued a citation for
