2010 at 11:30 hours officers responded to 1430 West A in reference to a female
who was unconscious. Upon arrival of emergency personnel, it was determine the
individual was deceased. The female was identified as Stefanie Blackburn W/F
21 years of age. Stephanie’s hometown is <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">St. Maries</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">Idaho</st1:State></st1:place>.
She had previously attended the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType>
of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Idaho</st1:State></st1:PlaceName></st1:place>
but had not attended any classes during the fall semester of 2009 or enrolled
in the upcoming spring semester of 2010.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

by detectives indicates the death was the result of a respiratory arrest likely
self-induced through a combination of alcohol and drugs. No foul play is
suspected at this time. Exact cause of death will be determined by the medical
