<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3 face="Times New Roman">At approximately 7:45 p.m., December 22<SUP>nd</SUP>, 2009 officers of the Moscow Police Department responded to <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">1028 Harrison Street</st1:address></st1:Street> in response to a robbery. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The victim stated two black males kicked her door open and entered the residence.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The victim stated both individuals were both wearing black clothing and had their faces covered.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>One of the suspects brandished a firearm and pointed it at the victim while the other grabbed the victim’s 28 inch flat screen television set. </FONT></P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">The first suspect was described as 5 foot 11 inches tall with a stocky build.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The second suspect was described as 6 foot tall with a medium build.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Both suspects were wearing all black clothing.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><SPAN style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">The firearm is described as a black semi-auto type pistol.</SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>
