in an ongoing cooperative effort with the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place> is offering off-street parking in
several campus lots during the winter break, December 21 through January
9. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>The City appreciates this option in light of the new Snow Removal
Proclamation Ordinance. This ordinance requires that when a Snow Removal
Proclamation is declared by the Mayor that vehicles parked on Snow Routes (as
outlined in the ordinance and listed on the City’s website <a
href="http://www.ci.moscow.id.us/pw/engineering/Snow.asp">www.ci.moscow.id.us/pw/engineering/Snow.asp</a>)
must be removed from the street. In light of anticipated snow fall in the
coming weeks, this provides an excellent option for residents along those
routes to park vehicles elsewhere if they will be out of town during the break.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

Parking in these lots is at the owners risk and vehicles must be removed by
January 9. After January 9, vehicles will be subject to parking
regulations as outlined by the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType>
of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Idaho Parking Regulations</st1:PlaceName></st1:place>
for each of the lots.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
