<DIV>It would make much more sense to spend money on a pedestrian bridge or two over Third Street near downtown than to build one over a creek in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. Think about being able to just walk all over downtown without waiting for traffic, and imagine being able to drive through downtown without having to stop for pedestrians darting out in front of you. Wouldn't that be better than saving 12 seconds on your daily commute across the long big city of Moscow?</DIV>
