If she was a private person, or was not posing for the photo, she could probably sue. But I don't think she will get anywhere with this other than complaining. She also would have to show actual harm caused her by the photo, and I don't think anyone is thinking it is a bad photo, in fact, she looks rather healthy and athletic, especially for a grandmother. :)</DIV>
