<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in">As a holiday gift to the community, the Moscow
Food Co-op is providing “The Co-op Cookbook” for free on the Co-op website, at
<A href="http://www.moscowfood.coop/">www.moscowfood.coop</A>. The cookbook was
originally published by the Co-op in 2005 and includes complete recipes for 45
of the most popular salads, soups, spreads, entrees, breads, and desserts from
the Co-op Deli and Bakery.</P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in"><BR></P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in">The Co-op printed 2,000 copies of the cookbook.
Some copies were donated to local charities and most were sold. The Co-op earned
approximately $10,500 from the sale of the books.</P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in"><BR></P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in">The cookbook includes meat, vegetarian, vegan, and
wheat-free recipes including long-time favorites such as Bok Choy Salad,
Tabouli, Santa Fe Stuffed Chicken Breasts, and Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. The
cookbook was initially written because of the many requests to the Co-op kitchen
for its recipes. </P>

<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0in">The cookbook is available on the Co-op website in
