<DIV><FONT size=2>The official information about candidate Weber on the Moscow

out to Weber months ago as you can see from the emails twice posted in this

<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>This false biographical puffery (read: a lie) remains that way

<DIV><FONT size=2>Note that this is Weber's official biography as a Moscow city
councilperson, and it exists on the official Moscow city website. The
content of this bio is totally under Weber's control. It was
pointed out to him months ago that is was a lie. He is no longer a
so-called project manager (and hasn't been for many months), but is a
bartender. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Weber intentionally chooses not to redact these lies.
</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>You can excuse it if you will, but I doubt that others who
still expect the truth from public figures will be quite so forgiving,

election time. Added to this lie, are Weber's lies about the Hawkins
project and other matters. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Whether the false, misleading information/puffery
on Weber's election website until yesterday was an error or intentional
puffery is an open question. After all, it was a very simply written entry
on a very simply constructed webpage. It is hard to imagine a literate,
diligent person making such an error on such an important matter to the
voters. But perhaps the assumption about literacy and/or diligence is not
well founded.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>What is even more interesting about Weber's short tenure
as a so-called "project manager" for Beebe is what he actually did during that
tenure. It has been suggested by not a few well-positioned observers that
Weber got this sinecure with Beebe because [1] he was on the city council, and
[2] because he has such "flexible" ethics. In fact, Weber has been
observed taking hand signals from Beebe at URA board meetings. More than
one person has used the words "hand puppet" to characterize these
interactions.</FONT></DIV>

href="http://www.moscow.id.us/council/MeetCouncil.asp">http://www.moscow.id.us/council/MeetCouncil.asp</A><BR>>><BR>>>
Continuing to claim being a project manager is more impressive
than<BR>>> admitting the truth about being a bartender at one of
Moscow's less<BR>>> upscale<BR>>> bars. There is nothing wrong
with being a bartender; however such an<BR>>> occupation is not a very
good recommendation for being mayor for a city<BR>>> the<BR>>>
size of Moscow. There is something very wrong about Weber lying to
Moscow<BR>>> citizens about continuing to be a project manager to
falsely pump up his<BR>>> political resume. He lied about the Hawkins

he wanted to "sell Moscow."<BR>>> He<BR>>> was probably
reprimanded by the GMA gods for so stupidly and blatantly<BR>>>

the minor leagues of lying and being a sneak<BR>>> when it comes to some
other current GMA endorsed candidates.<BR>>><BR>>> For example,
Walter Steed is a demonstrated sneak and liar.<BR>>><BR>>> Why do
you think the Idaho House Conservation and Resources Committee<BR>>>
unanimously rejected his first bill to sell water to Hawkins? And
the<BR>>> Idaho<BR>>> House Leader refused to even pass his second

hearing?<BR>>><BR>>> This is why:<BR>>><BR>>> Steed
lied to the house committee during his live testimony and
afterward.<BR>>> He got caught lying big time. The committee was given
documentary evidence<BR>>> demonstrating his lies. Steed's lies even so
turned off one extreme free<BR>>> market representative that even he
voted against it, although he was very<BR>>> in<BR>>> favor of it
before the lies rained down.<BR>>><BR>>> Steed lied from the
beginning about the Hawkins deal. He convinced four of<BR>>> the Hawkins
Five (all GMA approved) to spend money and Moscow city staff<BR>>>
resources even after Hawkins drilled their own wells and were clearly
not<BR>>> interested in Moscow water, and after it was clear that the
Hawkins<BR>>> agreement was void ab initio, and thus
unenforceable.<BR>>><BR>>> I wouldn't trust these GMA endorsees to
run a charity bingo game, let<BR>>> alone<BR>>> a
city.<BR>>><BR>>> Wayne A. Fox<BR>>> 1009 Karen
